1. Marketplace role

The seller identified on a listing is responsible for that product, its description, lawful sale, fulfillment, and seller-specific promises. The marketplace remains responsible for the services it expressly provides and for obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter a contract and provide complete, accurate information. Keep login credentials confidential, notify support of suspected unauthorized access, and do not impersonate another person or create accounts for deceptive purposes.
3. Products, orders, and pricing
Product availability, price, taxes, delivery estimates, subscription terms, and seller identity are shown before purchase where applicable. An order acknowledgement is not acceptance when local law allows cancellation for stock, pricing, fraud, payment, or legal reasons. Material errors will be explained and corrected or refunded.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy notices. Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are handled under the Returns and Refunds Policy, seller terms displayed at purchase, payment-provider rules, and mandatory consumer law.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data, manipulate reviews, interfere with another user, evade marketplace safeguards, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
6. Intellectual property
The site design, software, branding, and marketplace content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Sellers retain responsibility for their listing content and grant the marketplace permission to host, display, format, and promote it for operating the service.
7. Availability and responsibility
The marketplace may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law. Any permitted limitation of liability must be interpreted only to the maximum extent allowed in the customer’s jurisdiction.
