01

Seller Agreement

Sellers must provide accurate identity and business information, keep their account secure, comply with applicable laws, and maintain all licenses or permissions required for their products. An approved account is permission to use marketplace tools; it is not an employment, agency, franchise, or partnership relationship.

Seller responsibilities

  • Own or have authorization to sell every listed product and use all listing content.
  • Keep prices, stock, product facts, tax information, and fulfillment promises accurate.
  • Respond to marketplace and buyer requests promptly and professionally.
  • Do not manipulate reviews, create deceptive accounts, interfere with other sellers, or move transactions off-platform to bypass safeguards.
  • Pay agreed fees and commissions once the owner has published a separate fee schedule and compliant payout terms.

The marketplace may review, reject, pause, edit for formatting, or remove listings when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, quality, or platform integrity.

02

Prohibited and restricted products

Sellers may not offer products that are illegal, unsafe, deceptive, or incompatible with marketplace payment and shipping systems. This list is illustrative and the marketplace may restrict additional products.

  • Counterfeit goods or unauthorized replicas
  • Stolen goods or products with removed serial numbers
  • Weapons, explosives, ammunition, or instructions primarily enabling harm
  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
  • Recalled, expired, unsafe, or deceptively labeled products
  • Hate content, exploitation, or products facilitating harassment
  • Personal data, compromised accounts, credentials, or surveillance malware
  • Financial instruments, money laundering services, or deceptive investment schemes
  • Infringing digital products, license keys, software, media, or designs
  • Medical products or claims lacking required authorization
  • Live animals, protected species, human remains, or regulated biological materials
  • Anything prohibited by law, payment providers, carriers, or marketplace notice
03

Listing and intellectual-property standards

Listings must be truthful, specific, and placed in the most relevant category. Photos should show the actual product or an accurate representation. Disclose important limitations, condition, compatibility, dimensions, included items, subscription terms, renewal behavior, and whether a product is physical or virtual.

  • Do not keyword-stuff, use misleading comparisons, hide material fees, or make unsubstantiated performance or health claims.
  • Use only photos, trademarks, copy, software, and designs you own or are licensed to use.
  • Report suspected infringement to marketplace support with evidence of rights ownership and the relevant listing URL.
04

Orders, fulfillment, cancellations, and returns

Sellers must fulfill paid orders within their stated handling time, use protective packaging, provide valid tracking when available, and notify buyers promptly about material delays. Sellers must honor the return terms shown at purchase and any stronger rights required by applicable consumer law.

  • Cancel and refund orders that cannot be fulfilled instead of marking them shipped.
  • Items materially different from the listing, damaged before delivery, or missing must receive a fair remedy consistent with law and marketplace policy.
  • Return conditions for change-of-mind purchases may differ by product and location, but cannot remove mandatory legal rights.
  • Sellers must cooperate with chargeback, fraud, safety, and dispute investigations and retain appropriate transaction evidence.
05

Privacy and customer data

When a buyer purchases a seller product, the marketplace may share limited order, billing, shipping, and contact information needed to fulfill the transaction. Sellers may use that information only for fulfillment, returns, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and buyer-requested support.

  • Do not add buyers to marketing lists without valid consent.
  • Limit access to authorized people, secure all copies, and report suspected exposure immediately.
  • Delete or anonymize customer data when it is no longer required, subject to legitimate tax, accounting, or legal retention obligations.
  • The marketplace owner must publish a separate, legally reviewed privacy notice describing controllers, processors, cookies, payment providers, retention, rights, and international transfers.
06

Reviews, enforcement, and appeals

The marketplace may investigate reports and use proportionate actions such as education, listing correction, delayed publication, removal, account limitation, suspension, or termination. Urgent action may occur without advance notice when needed to protect users, comply with law, prevent fraud, or reduce safety risk.

Sellers may request review of a decision by contacting contact@menssu.com with the account email, affected listing or order, and relevant evidence. Repeated, intentional, dangerous, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct may result in permanent removal.
